触觉智能研发的RK3576/RK3576J工业核心板,采用邮票孔封装设计,型号为SOM7609-S1,为LPDDR4X内存,主要为 工业级配置(RK3576J)。

1、产品概述

IDO-SOM7609-S1是一款基于瑞芯微 8nm高性能AIOT平台RK3576设计的核心板

尺寸仅40.5×40.5mm,集成了RK3576 SoC, PMIC,LPDDR4/(4X), eMMC。

RK3576集成了 4 个 Cortex-A72 和 4 个 Cortex-A53 及独立的NEON 协处理器;

适用于 ARM PC、边缘计算、个人移动互联网设备及其它多媒体产品。

内置了多种嵌入式硬件引擎,

支持 4K@120fps 的H.265、VP9、AVS2 和 AV1 解码器,支持 4k@60fps的 H.264 解码器;还支持 4K@60fps 的 H.264 和 H.265编码器,JPEG图像编码器/解码器,专门的图像预处理器和后处理器。

内置 3D GPU,能够完全兼容 OpenGL ES1.1/2.0/3.2、OpenCL 2.0 和 Vulkan 1.1。带有 MMU 的特殊 2D硬件引擎。最大16M 像素 ISP(图像信号处理器),实现了多种算法加速器,如HDR、3A、CAC、3DNR、2DNR、锐化、去雾、增强、鱼眼校正、伽马校正等。

内嵌的 NPU 支持 INT4/INT8/INT16/FP16/BF16/TF32 混合运算。可以转换基于 TensorFlow/MXNet/PyTorch/Caffe 等一系列框架的网络模型。芯片框图如下:
